Furthermore included in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying distinct sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.
